New Exhibit: Young at Art – A Selection of Caldecott Book Winners
March 25 - April 30

Children’s books take young readers on visual journeys that encourage curiously and imagination with the world around them! Since 1938, the Association for Library Service to Children has awarded the Caldecott Medal for excellence in children’s book illustrations. The prestigious and coveted medal is awarded annually to the illustrator of the most distinguished American picture book for children.
This exhibition features the original illustrations and books from Caldecott Medal recipients including the first Caldecott Award recipient Dorothy P. Lathrop (1938) and Maurice Sendak (1964), whose work Where the Wild Things Are was adapted for the big screen.
Admission: $6 adults / $4 seniors & children
