The Gala is held on Saturday, December 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. then the party moves to their front lawn for the annual Parade of Lights.

Enjoy the festive and magical Gallery of Trees, Gingerbread Contest and Selfies with Santa at the Carson Valley Museum and Cultural Center.

Dec 5 -19, 2020 – Children can write letters to Santa at the museum then mail them in their historic “magic” mail boxes that goes directly to the North Pole.  Each child will receive a personal letter back from Santa which also includes a small gift.

The Gallery of Trees will be on display until after Christmas (Dec 30, 2020).
Gingerbread House winners will be announced Dec 19, 2020.
